Job summary

Crafco, Inc. is seeking a Demand & Supply Chain Master Planner/Scheduler at the corporate office in Phoenix, AZ.

The role develops and maintains the master production plan across multiple facilities in the US, balancing demand with capacity and inventory while coordinating with Sales, Customer Support, Engineering and Plant Operations. Responsibilities include data-driven scheduling, BOM accuracy in SAP, and cost-aware decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in demand planning, supply chain and inventory management.
Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced planning tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on stock plans, orders, and forecasts.
Coordinate with Customer Support, Sales, Engineering and facilities to align capabilities and delivery requirements.
Analyze production data and forecasts to support inventory planning and cost reduction.
Use ERP and planning software for BOM accuracy, MRP reporting, and data analysis.
Manage plant transfers of finished goods and understand BOM structures and costs.
Participate in Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and S&OP meetings to improve scheduling and accuracy.
Prepare monthly production reports and variances for management.
