Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a senior Supply Chain professional to lead the Sales & Operations Planning process for the US AH business. You will connect Global Supply, Finance, and Marketing to optimize the US Commercial Supply Chain strategy and ensure availability of 150 to 200 SKUs with significant net sales.

The role requires a BA/BS in a related field, strong S&OP leadership, and experience with SAP/JDA/GRP. APICS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA or BS Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Production Engineering; 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with analytical toolkits such as Excel, Power BI/Tableau.
• S&OP lead experience in a manufacturing or commercial business.
• APICS CSCP/CPIM certification desired (CSCP and/or CPIM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate and build relationships at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects across multiple functions and systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive organizational consensus on supply and demand strategy through monthly Sales & Operations Planning for Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance leadership.
• Lead Demand Reviews for Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance to ensure forecast accuracy and service levels.
• Lead evaluation of inventory risks and opportunities for Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance.
• Lead Financial Reconciliation for Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance and coordinate SKU lifecycle management.
• Lead local Product Review and Life Cycle Management across stakeholders and systems.
• Lead annual local Product Portfolio Optimization to rationalize SKUs and optimize margins.
• Act as Forecasting Power User and monitor Monthly Forecast Review Process at local level.
• Identify, challenge and explain gaps vs financial targets and provide KPIs analysis.
