Job summary

Avanos Medical, Inc. is seeking a Demand & Supply Planner in Alpharetta, GA to lead the S&OP process, optimize the supply of finished goods, and partner with Sales, Marketing and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery across the network.

You will manage 3PL operations and drive cost savings in transport and warehousing. The role requires 3+ years in demand/supply planning, strong analytical and Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP S4/HANA and advanced planning tools.

Qualifications

• University degree; APICS/CPIM preferred.
• 3 years experience in demand, supply and logistics planning.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in SAP S4 HANA and demand planning tools.
• Advanced Excel and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP process with Sales, Marketing and Finance to align demand forecasts.
• Develop and execute supply plans for finished goods to meet local and regional needs.
• Coordinate inventory targets and monitor OTIF with internal teams and 3PL.
• Drive cost savings and continuous improvement across transport and warehousing.
• Produce KPI reports and dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
