Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim USA seeks an experienced Demand/Supply Planning leader to optimize the balance of supply and demand for 150–200 SKUs valued up to billions in revenue. You will drive the US S&OP process, align with Global Supply, Finance, Marketing and Sales, and influence critical decisions affecting service levels and inventory.

Responsibilities include leading demand reviews, validating forecasts, and coordinating multi-country launches and lifecycle activities with global teams.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Business, Supply Chain, or Production Engineering; 8-10 years in demand planning or master scheduling in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with analytical toolkits such as Excel, Power BI/Tableau.
• S&OP lead experience.
• APICS certification desired (CSCP and/or CPIM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills linking data from multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP process for US AH, synchronizing Global Supply, Finance, and Marketing leadership.
• Lead Demand Reviews and forecast accuracy improvements across functions.
• Manage inventory risks, backorders, and opportunities for optimization.
• Coordinate launches and lifecycle management with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making in planning and execution.
