Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an Associate Director, Materials Demand Management to lead demand and inventory planning for US HP medicines. You will guide a team, align with cross-functional partners, and drive accurate forecasts, optimized inventory, and S&OP execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years in a regulated industry with supply chain, operations or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead US Materials Demand Management to align supply chain priorities with stakeholders and BI sites.
• Partner with CMOs and BI production sites to ensure supply continuity and inventory optimization.
• Direct and improve the monthly S&OP cycle, balancing forecasts, new business, and capability constraints.
• Drive labeling/version change processes (insert, bottle label, folding carton) with regulatory compliance and cost control.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in S&OP maturity, analytics, and standard business processes.
• Develop teams: set expectations, coach performance, manage budgets and long-term forecasts.
