Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 7+ years of progressive demand planning experience in consumer goods or related industries.
• Experience leading S&OP/IBP cycles at executive level is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly regional demand planning across product lines and channels.
• Govern KPIs including forecast accuracy, bias, and inventory levels.
• Embed AI/ML into planning rituals for predictive scenarios and reduced manual work.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning and Finance to optimize inventory and working capital.
• Coach and develop a team of demand planners with a focus on data fluency.
