Job summary

Lennox is seeking a Demand Planner in the United States to develop and maintain demand forecasts for finished goods and parts. You will mentor colleagues, work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance and product management, and drive forecasting accountability across the organization.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong expertise in forecasting methodologies and SAP/APO or equivalent planning systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong forecasting skills and experience with demand planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a demand forecast for finished goods and parts.
• Mentor other demand planners on complex tasks.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and product management to drive forecasting accountability.
• Identify metrics to address forecast issues and improve processes.
• Fine-tune forecast models and hierarchies in the planning system.
• Ensure quality of the team's forecast and consolidate data for analysis.
• Provide direction and training to less experienced team members.
