J.W. Speaker Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a Sr. Demand Planning Analyst to help build our SIOP process, develop statistical forecasts, and translate inputs into a cohesive demand plan.

This hands-on role partners with multiple functions to improve forecast accuracy and establish scalable planning practices. You will apply forecasting models, use Excel, SQL, Python, or R to turn data into insights, and help shape governance, data flows, and tools that support the monthly SIOP cadence and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
• Ability to apply forecasting models using Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with SIOP/IBP processes and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve statistical demand forecasts at multiple levels.
• Evaluate forecasting methods and select appropriate models.
• Analyze historical demand and order patterns to improve accuracy and reduce bias.
• Incorporate sales inputs and overrides to create a consensus demand plan.
• Partner with IT and Supply Chain to implement forecasting tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, automation, and forecasting efficiency.
