Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Supply Chain Planning Analyst in Tempe, AZ to build accurate, data-driven forecasts for procurement, supply planning, and product replenishment across shops, distributors, and suppliers.

You will develop demand plans, assess current practices, and implement future-state processes with cross-functional teams, considering seasonality and promotions to optimize inventory and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics or related field.
• 5+ years in demand planning, ideally in QSR, food service, or retail.
• Forecasting using promotional, seasonal, location-based inputs.
• Experience with demand planning tools including selection and implementation.
• Advanced analytical skills; BI/reporting experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret complex data and drive action.
• Strong cross-functional communication and influence.
• Experience building from scratch and leading process improvements.
• Teamwork and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 12–24 month vendor forecasts by region or DC and ensure alignment across teams.
• Develop to-be demand planning vision with key stakeholders and improve processes.
• Create actionable reporting and dashboards for visibility across the business.
• Lead analysis of promotions and NSO openings to optimize planning and risk.
• Collaborate to continuously improve accuracy and cross-functional alignment.
