Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee in Tempe, AZ seeks a Manager, Freight & Logistics to own design and optimization of the network, inbound from suppliers to distribution centers, and outbound to 1,200+ shops. The role emphasizes cost control, KPI-driven improvements, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Development.

In-office four days a week with optional remote Fridays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in supply chain management, planning, purchasing, or logistics.
• Proven experience with ERP systems and vendor/3PL management.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously optimize the freight and logistics network, including lane structure and mode selection.
• Develop routing guides for truckload, LTL, intermodal, parcel, and refrigerated freight.
• Manage carrier and 3PL relationships, scorecards, and quarterly business reviews.
• Lead freight RFPs every 12–36 months and monitor benchmarking efforts.
• Oversee freight cost, budgeting, and forecast cost per case with variance explanations.
• Resolve OS&D claims and ensure on-time product availability across shops.
