Job summary
SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands is seeking an Associate Manager, Demand Planning to own and influence the demand forecast for an assigned product portfolio. You will translate business insights and trends into a clear forecast and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Planning to drive alignment.
The role leverages Kinaxis RapidResponse and AI/ML forecasting to improve forecast quality and support S&OP decisions while shaping long‑range plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in Customer Supply Chain, Inventory Management or Demand Planning.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with commercial partners to inform the 24-month demand forecast.
- Lead demand planning for innovation and product lifecycle changes.
- Own the demand story within the S&OP process and present insights to stakeholders.
- Represent short-term forecast changes within long-range plans.
- Evaluate forecast outputs with supply planning to identify risks and opportunities.
- Champion AI/ML forecasting and digital planning tools to drive efficiency.
