Job summary

LeoForce in Rockfield, WI, seeks a Senior Demand Planner to own forecasting, SIOP/IBP leadership, and cross-functional planning with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning. You will drive statistical forecasting, KPI reporting, and lifecycle management for a high-SKU environment.

The role requires 3–6 years in demand planning, strong Excel/ERP skills, and a proactive approach to improving forecast accuracy and bias. This position is on-site in Rockfield with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–6 years of demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics experience.
• Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or high-SKU environments preferred.
• Strong background in statistical forecasting and practical model application.
• Experience with S&OP, SIOP, or IBP processes.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, statistics, scenario modeling.
• Hands-on ERP system experience.
• Experience measuring forecast accuracy and bias.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling baseline forecasts using historical data, seasonality, trends, and causal factors.
• Lead the SIOP/IBP monthly cycle and prepare forecast packages.
• Present demand plans and variance analyses to senior leadership, aligning commercial and statistical forecasts.
• Translate demand plans into supply planning inputs and maintain calendars and templates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning on forecasts and market intelligence.
• Manage launch forecasts for new products and lifecycle planning.
• Provide inputs for safety stock, inventory optimization, and replenishment calculations.
