Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Demand Planner in Rockfield, WI, to own statistical forecasting, SIOP/IBP activities, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning. You will manage SKU- and customer-level forecasts, monitor demand trends, and drive improvements in forecast accuracy.

The role emphasizes collaboration with commercial teams, lifecycle planning for new products, and optimization of inventory through data-driven planning tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 3–6 years of demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics experience.
• Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, distribution, CPG, food & beverage, or high-SKU environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling statistical baseline forecasts using historical sales, seasonality, trends, and causal factors.
• Lead the demand review portion of the monthly SIOP / IBP cycle and prepare forecast packages.
• Own forecast accuracy metrics and conduct monthly reviews to identify root causes of misses.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning to incorporate market intelligence.
• Develop launch forecasts for new products and coordinate lifecycle planning.
• Provide demand inputs for safety stock and replenishment calculations.
