Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Sr Demand Planner to own forecasting activities for customers and products. You will build and maintain statistical models, collaborate with sales, marketing and finance, and support S&OP processes to align demand with supply planning.

The role emphasizes data-driven forecasting, system usage (Oracle), and KPI tracking to optimize inventory and service levels across categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Supply Chain/Logistics, Business or related Technical field.
• 2-5 years directly related experience.
• Understanding of ERP or WMS systems.
• Must have oral and written communication skills for presentations to all levels of customer and management.

Responsibilities

• Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data and develop statistical forecast models.
• Interact with sales, marketing, and customer finance to align on forecast drivers.
• Develop analysis for demand for new product launches and cross-functional planning.
• Maintain KPI metrics such as forecast accuracy and inventory turns.
