Milwaukee Tool seeks a Lead Demand Planner to own forecasting for customers and products. You will build statistical models, interact with sales, marketing, and finance, and drive alignment in the monthly S&OP cycle.

You’ll work with suppliers to support long-term inventory and capacity planning. The role requires 7–9 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with ERP/WMS systems, especially Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field (Economics, Mathematics, Business, or Supply Chain).
• 7–9 years of directly related experience in demand planning or forecasting.
• Experience leading teams and presenting to management.
• Understanding of ERP or WMS systems is essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead forecasting activities for customers and products using statistical models.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and replenishment teams to align demand.
• Develop and maintain aggregated cross-functional forecasts and S&OP input.
• Monitor KPIs like forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and fill rates.
