Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Lead Demand Planner to own forecasting for customers and products. You will develop statistical models and collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and replenishment analysts to align demand with supply.

The role supports the monthly S&OP process and coordinates with Supply Planning to ensure timely decisions. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Supply Chain/Logistics, Business or related field.
• 7-9 years directly related experience.
• Experience leading others.
• Understanding of ERP or WMS systems.
• Must have oral and written communication skills for presentations to all levels of customer and management.

Responsibilities

• Review historical sales trends and forecast data.
• Interact with sales, marketing, and customer finance to develop a consensus.
• Develop complete analysis/timeline related to demand for new product launches.
• Develop aggregate level forecast to align cross-functional planning.
• Use and maintain Oracle as the primary forecasting system tool.
• Maintain KPI metrics such as forecast accuracy, fill rate, inventory turns.
