Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Lead Demand Planner to own forecasting for customers and products. You will leverage statistical models, collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and replenishment teams, and drive the Demand Plan through the monthly S&OP cycle.

Responsibilities include forecasting accuracy, cross-functional alignment, and managing a team of demand planners, using Oracle as the primary tool. This role sits in our Milwaukee, WI campus with onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Supply Chain/Logistics, Business or related technical field.
• 7–9 years of directly related experience.
• Experience leading teams and strong oral/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Review forecasting data and develop statistical forecasts for customers and products.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and replenishment analysts to align demand.
• Contribute to the monthly S&OP process and drive demand planning accuracy.
• Manage a team of demand planners and drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize Oracle as the primary forecasting system tool.
