Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Lead Demand Planner to own forecasting activities for customers and products. You will build and maintain statistical models, collaborate with sales, marketing and finance, and drive the Demand portion of the monthly S&OP process to align with suppliers.

The role requires 7–9 years’ related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to lead others; fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Supply Chain/Logistics, Business or related Technical field.
• 7-9 years directly related experience.
• Experience leading others and communication skills for presentations at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Review historical sales trends and forecast data to develop statistical forecasts.
• Interact with sales, marketing, and finance to align forecasts across categories and customers.
• Develop analysis timelines for new product launches and cross-functional plans.
• Create aggregate forecasts to support cross-functional planning across the business unit.
• Maintain KPI dashboards including forecast accuracy and inventory metrics.
• Supervise a team of demand planners and contribute to ongoing projects.
