Job summary

Arc’teryx Equipment is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to own the 12–18 month demand forecast, balance statistical rigor with business strategy, and lead the IBP process with cross‑functional partners. You’ll shape models, drive forecast accuracy, and influence planning decisions for new products and seasonal launches.

You will mentor others, develop forecasting standards, and collaborate with Merchandising, Supply Planning, and FP&A to deliver aligned plans in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years experience in demand planning or related supply chain.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Experience with retail or wholesale forecasting.
• Strong data manipulation and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own rolling 12–18 month demand forecast with statistical rigor.
• Lead the IBP cycle and drive stakeholder consensus.
• Reconcile top-down targets with bottom-up SKU forecasts.
• Forecast new products using analogs and market insight.
• Coach and develop other planners to raise capability.
