Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations in Deerfield, IL is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to manage forecasts for defined product sets and key accounts across the Master Lock, SentrySafe, Yale, and August brands. You will build volume and gross sales projections using Demantra and BI tools, guiding S&OP discussions with internal teams and major retailers such as The Home Depot, Walmart, Target, and Best Buy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• 5+ years in demand planning or sales analytics, preferably with big-box retailers.
• Experience with Oracle Demantra or similar planning systems.
• Proficient in Oracle Analytics, Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and data visualization experience.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude) for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Forecast high-volume, big-box retail key accounts (Home Depot, Walmart, Target, Best Buy) in Demantra and present forecasts in S&OP.
• Manage promotions, events, line reviews, and retailer resets with customers and internal teams.
• Lead forecasting engagement across Business Units via S&OP and the Annual Operating Plan.
• Achieve forecast accuracy targets; perform root-cause analysis with Demantra, Analytics, and BI tools.
• Develop and maintain launch forecasts for new products; analyze lifecycle decisions with stakeholders.
• Build reporting and dashboards using Demantra data, Oracle Analytics, and Power BI; apply AI insights to reporting.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and drive improvements in forecast processes.
