Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to manage forecasts across the Master Lock, SentrySafe, Yale, and August brands. You will lead S&OP discussions, collaborate with Sales, Finance, and customers, and drive forecast accuracy using Demantra, Analytics, Power BI, and AI-assisted tools.

This hybrid role based in Deerfield, IL reports to the Deerfield HQ with flexibility for remote on Mon & Fri, offering a competitive pay range and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demand planning and/or sales analytics experience, preferably supporting big-box retail customers.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Demantra or a comparable advanced planning system required; hands-on forecasting experience within Oracle Demantra strongly preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, or comparable business intelligence tools for reporting and analysis required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume, big-box retail forecasts (e.g., Home Depot, Walmart, Target, Best Buy) in Oracle Demantra and present forecasts in the S&OP process.
• Manage promotion and event forecasts for assigned accounts, including seasonal events and retailer resets.
• Drive forecasting engagement through S&OP and the Annual Operating Plan for assigned accounts.
• Achieve forecast accuracy and bias targets; conduct root-cause analysis using Oracle Demantra, Oracle Analytics, and Power BI.
