Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to manage forecasts for key products and customers within the Water business unit. You will develop volume and gross sales forecasts using SAP APO and leverage SAP BW/AO for reporting and analysis, leading S&OP discussions with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of demand planning or sales analytics experience.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP APO (Demand Planning) required.
• Experience with SAP BW and Analysis for Office (AO) for reporting and analysis required.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume, key account forecasts in SAP APO and present during S&OP process.
• Manage promotion and event forecasts for assigned accounts and coordinate with customers and stakeholders.
• Drive forecasting engagement through S&OP and the Annual Operating Plan for assigned accounts.
• Achieve forecast accuracy and bias targets; perform root-cause analysis in SAP BW/AO to improve performance.
• Develop and maintain new product launch forecasts and track lifecycle decisions.
• Build and maintain reporting/analysis using SAP BW and AO; translate data into actionable insights.
