Job summary

CONMED is seeking a Sr. Demand Planner/Sr. Manager to lead global demand planning within the IBP framework. You will own the 24‑month forecast and coordinate cross-functional reviews with Commercial, Finance, Supply Planning, and Regional Leadership to drive accuracy and strategy.

The role is remote and requires strong analytics, forecast modeling, and leadership across diverse teams. Experience in medical devices or regulated manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 8+ years in demand planning/IBP/S&OP or supply chain management, global/ex complex environment preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, or Analytics.
• Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly regional demand planning cycle with data prep, forecasting, and cross-functional reviews.
• Own 24-month forecast horizon for regions, business units, or product families.
• Lead S&OP/IBP integration and present risks, opportunities, and drivers to leadership.
