Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Lead Demand Planner to own forecasting activities for customers and products. You will develop statistical models, collaborate across functions, and drive the Demand Plan through the S&OP process.

The role requires 7–9 years of related experience, leadership capabilities, and strong communication skills. ERP/WMS knowledge is expected, with Spanish language ability preferred. This on-site role is based in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Supply Chain/Logistics, Business or related technical field.
• 7–9 years direct related experience.
• Experience leading others.
• Understanding of ERP or WMS systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for presentations.

Responsibilities

• Review historical data and forecast demand using statistical models.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and retailers to align demand.
• Develop forecasts for new product launches.
• Coordinate with supply planners for inventory and capacity planning.
• Maintain KPI dashboards including forecast accuracy and fill rates.
• Lead a team of demand planners.
• Other duties as assigned.
