Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Lead Demand Planner to oversee forecasting for customers and products, building statistical models and supporting the S&OP process. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and retailer replenishment analysts to align demand plans and coordinate with suppliers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7–9 years of related experience, including leadership responsibilities and proficiency with Oracle ERP/WMS.

• Must have oral and written communication skills for presentations to all levels of customer and management

Responsibilities

• Review historical sales trends and forecast data to develop statistical models.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and retailer analysts to build consensus and forecast drivers.
• Develop aggregate forecasts for cross-functional planning across categories and customers.
• Maintain forecasting metrics and scorecards (accuracy, fill rate, inventory turns).
• Support the S&OP process and pass the Demand Plan to suppliers for inventory and capacity planning.
• Lead a team of demand planners and drive continuous improvement.
