Job summary

RTX, the RTX Corporation family and Collins Aerospace, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Demand Planner in a hybrid role based in the United States. You will manage day-to-day customer communications, forecast integration, and SIOP participation, acting as the main order-management contact for assigned accounts.

The role requires a university degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, ERP/SAP familiarity, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
Experience in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Experience using ERP systems, e.g., SAP.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Be the primary point of contact for order management with your customer.
Coordinate with Operations and Contracts Analyst to meet customer and organizational expectations.
Improve customer experience by owning escalated issues and following them to resolution.
Handle customer requests professionally and promptly.
Collect and consolidate information on customer interactions for future improvements.
Provide continuous feedback on quote and order status (backlog reports, portal updates).
Use data to identify business trends and opportunities.
Support loading and managing customer forecasts in planning systems.
