Job summary

Corsair Gaming, Inc. in Milpitas, CA seeks an experienced Demand Planning/Forecasting professional to analyze data, generate multi-level forecasts, and drive supply-demand alignment across product families.

You will own forecast data, support S&OP, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory and lifecycle planning. The role emphasizes strong Excel analytics, Oracle SCM Applications expertise, and a track record of delivering accurate forecasts in a fast-paced hardware

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills, experience with large data sets and data analysis, including financial scenario analysis – must have amazing Excel skills.
Ability to articulate the rationale and calculation behind your forecast.
Self-motivated, comfortable working with ambiguity and managing complexity in a global, fast-paced organization.
Aptitude for blending quantitative and qualitative data.
Proven ability to track and manage ongoing activities within a project.
Excellent English communication skills - both verbal & written.
Experience working in cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion.
Independent self-starter who can handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience.
Minimum 8+ years of data analytics/demand planning/forecasting experience with demonstrated success.
Experience using Oracle SCM Applications, & Power BI a plus.
Computer hardware, peripherals, and gaming experience a big plus.

Responsibilities

Develop data-driven, high-quality analysis of demand to generate forecasts at multiple aggregation levels and 12-month horizons across product families.
Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and analyze market trends and promotional effects.
Own forecast data, reports, and management; identify gaps in weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts related to sell-through and inventory.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand assumptions and provide forecast insights.
Use Oracle Cloud SCM Applications as the primary forecasting system tool.
Contribute to managing product lifecycles with cross-functional teams on inventory strategies for existing items, new products, and transitions.
Generate and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) forecasts from ideation to launch.
Contribute to EOL strategies, markdowns, and product-position strategies based on E&O.
Help prepare reports and presentations; drive continuous improvement in processes and results.
Work with Demand Manager to consolidate regional plans, analyze data, and validate regional assumptions.
Support the S&OP process with monthly milestones and forecast inputs.
Assist day-to-day business transactions and reporting as requested by the group lead.
