Job summary

Galderma Laboratories in Miami seeks a Senior Demand Planner, Consumer who will partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Trade, Finance, and Product Lifecycle to ensure monthly forecast alignment and timely updates in Cloud Suite. Owns SKU-level demand forecasting for assigned consumer accounts and presents insights in Demand Review forums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college/university.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in S&OP, supply and demand planning, new product forecasting and/or inventory management.
• Experience in CPG/pharma industry or similar is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the Consensus Demand Plan for all SKUs of assigned Consumer accounts using sales, inventory, promotions, distribution data and forecasts.
• Collaborates with Sales monthly for forecast alignment and presents insights and recommendations in Demand alignment meetings.
• Analyzes retailer POS and shipped data to identify deviations and drives timely corrective actions.
• Coordinates projects including new product launches and lifecycle changes across multiple functions.
• Monitors KPIs and drives corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias.
