Senior Demand Generation Manager

AcuityMD is a software and data platform that accelerates access to medical technologies. We help MedTech companies understand how their products are used, why customers vary, and identify opportunities for physicians to better serve their patients. Each year, the FDA approves ~6,000 new medical devices. We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Demand Generation Manager to drive the development and rollout of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that fuel pipeline growth. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to collaborate closely with sales, and has experience applying ABM principles within broader demand generation efforts. As our team grows, this role will help lay the foundation for scalable, effective demand programs that support our revenue goals.

As part of the marketing team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, testing new campaign ideas, and driving revenue. We’re not just marketing a product; we’re driving an industry-wide shift in how MedTech companies find and close their best opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Partner closely with Sales to align on campaign goals, target audiences, and messaging.
  • Establish a repeatable campaign process, starting with broad 1:many programs and supporting 1:few and 1:1 initiatives over time.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Associate(?) to manage lead nurture programs and improve funnel conversion.
  • Define and track key campaign metrics, providing clear insights and recommendations.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to enhance lead scoring, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Manage campaign operations end-to-end — including project management, creative coordination, execution, and reporting.
  • Create content for campaigns (emails, ads, landing pages) in collaboration with Product Marketing and Content.
  • Stay current on industry trends, demand generation tactics, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Your Profile
  • 5-10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a strong track record of collaborating closely with sales to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Significant experience working in the medtech space, preferably within startups, demonstrating the ability to build and execute scalable demand generation programs in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and RevOps, ensuring alignment on revenue goals and campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., LinkedIn, UserGems); familiarity with tools like clay and 6sense.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and performance reporting.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to execute campaigns in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate campaign objectives and results to stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a proactive, hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving.
Nice to Haves
  • Background in sales or experience working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline impact.
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns and digital marketing channels for demand generation.

The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, market data and may vary from the range provided. Base salary range:
