You’re both analytical and creative—able to think strategically about the buyer journey and roll up your sleeves to execute in ad platforms and campaign tools. You’ve worked closely with content and sales teams and know how to build programs that support full-funnel growth—from awareness to lead generation to conversion.

You’ve managed campaigns in paid search, paid social, and third-party media, and are confident optimizing for cost-effective pipeline impact. You know how to collaborate cross-functionally, measure what matters, and keep moving even when resources are tight.

  • Develop campaign briefs and partner with content, digital, and product marketing to bring campaigns to life
  • Manage webinar strategy and collaborate with the events and content teams on execution
  • Support trade show and conference campaigns with pre- and post-event strategy and communication plans
  • Own the strategy for and execution of paid search and paid social (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Own performance across reach, CTR, CPL, and platform engagement metrics, tying those to pipeline results
  • Identify and test new demand channels and media partners in the behavioral health space
Optimize Lead Flow & Funnel Performance
  • Monitor MQL-to-pipeline booked performance and recommend optimizations
  • Work with Sales Development and RevOps to ensure lead scoring and handoff processes are effective and up to date
  • Track campaign performance using HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Collaborate with sales development to align campaign messaging and share feedback loops
  • Work closely with Product Marketing on go-to-market strategy for launches
  • Coordinate with Customer Marketing to ensure message consistency across pre- and post-sale touchpoints

  • Experience running multi-touch lifecycle campaigns across email, digital, and sponsored content
  • Clear communicator and creative thinker with a strong sense of ownership
  • Bonus if you have experience with gifting platforms, WordPress, or webinar platforms
  • Strong understanding of behavioral health or healthcare software is a plus.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and stakeholders
