Job Summary

Orchestrates and drives multi-channel campaigns to attract enterprise buyers and generate pipelines. Owns all channel distributions, ABM strategy, and optimizes performances. Collaborates with sales, creative, and agencies to execute high-impact campaigns that convert. Responsibilities

  1. Lead end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, performance analysis, and manage channel distribution.
  2. Builds and executes integrated marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  3. Develop multi-channel programs (events, webinars, ABM, outbound plays) to drive engagement.
  4. Align closely with sales to support pipeline acceleration and revenue goals.
  5. Coordinate with digital agencies for campaign efforts.
  6. Create targeted, persona-based campaigns to attract ideal customers.
  7. Develop nurture programs to engage prospects and move them through the funnel.
  8. Support retention through re-engagement and expansion campaigns.
  9. Ensure cross-functional alignment with sales, content, and field marketing.
  10. Enable sales with insights, messaging, and assets.
  11. Improve operational efficiency for scalable demand generation programs.
  12. Manage ABM campaigns and coordinate with agencies.
  13. Record and tag touchpoints across marketing and sales.
  14. Monitor weekly campaign performance metrics and analyze data for insights.
  15. Manage outbound campaigns via email, direct mail, content syndication, and experimental initiatives.
  16. Optimize lead quality and spend through experimentation.
  17. Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience in enterprise demand generation, particularly in B2B SaaS.
  2. Creative and analytical mindset with a track record of running standout campaigns.
  3. Strong copywriting skills to resonate with enterprise audiences.
  4. Ability to simplify complex concepts for enterprise buyers.
  5. Experience with paid media and managing agencies.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
