Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a senior paid media strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, copy, and funnel optimization. This hands-on leader will manage a portfolio of accounts, lead strategy calls, and ensure retention and growth through data-driven decisions.

You will craft direct-response copy, develop testing frameworks, and collaborate with editors to shape video scripts while using AI to accelerate research without compromising quality."

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
• Experience leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Mansioni

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and creative testing.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences.
• Develop hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations for testing.
• Use performance data to generate new creative and messaging hypotheses.
