Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, messaging, and funnel optimization. You will lead strategy, copy, and testing while managing client relationships and delivering qualified appointments.

You will oversee end-to-end campaign execution, reporting, and optimization, collaborating with editors and leveraging AI tools to accelerate copy development while maintaining strategic judgment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video scripts for financial services audiences.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows.
