Job summary

RainFocus, a leading software company, is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Specialist to own email programs, build production plans from briefs, and maintain data scorecards to guide marketing decisions.

You will collaborate across marketing to execute omnichannel tactics, optimize campaigns, and manage sponsorship operations for INSIGHT. This senior IC role focuses on owning execution and driving pipeline growth through data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing (ABM/demand generation a plus).
• Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase).
• Deep marketing automation fluency—building, segmenting, testing, and deploying email programs at volume.

Responsibilities

• Own the build, testing, and optimization of email programs and newsletters.
• Draft email copy and coordinate copy/creative requests with other teams.
• Own the execution plan, timeline, and dependencies for campaigns.
• Manage sponsorships for INSIGHT conference and related communications.
• Pull and analyze outbound email and nurture metrics monthly.
