Qualifications

• Experience developing government cost and pricing proposals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Deltek Costpoint records for FFP, T&M, and cost-reimbursement contracts.
• Lead preparation of federal cost and pricing proposals with Excel models.
• Monitor costs, payroll, and revenue recognition; ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Provide senior-level financial oversight and strategic guidance to executives.
• Improve accounting workflows and internal controls; mentor staff.
• Coordinate with business development on pricing strategy and solicitations.
