Amazon.com Services LLC in Ohio seeks a Sr. Station Leader to own budgetary, people development and 24/7 delivery-station operations across Akron, Bedford, Brooklyn, Cleveland, North Jackson, and Solon.

You will lead a team of Operations, Area and Shift Managers, coach staff, drive safety and quality, and partner with DSPs and other business functions to meet the business plan. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of management experience in logistics, with strong analytics,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of direct management experience in logistics or distribution.
• Proven track record of delivering performance and financial results under pressure.
• Experience with metrics, process improvement and lean methods.
• Experience staffing lifecycle: interviewing, hiring, and performance management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safety, quality, performance, and people development for all DS operations.
• Drive vision for the station and implement quality and lean initiatives.
• Identify gaps between performance and goals and take corrective action.
• Set expectations for managers and measure performance across departments.
• Manage relationships with DSPs and coordinate 24/7 delivery operations.
• Present operational metrics to senior leadership regularly.
• Hire and develop talent; implement a comprehensive talent plan.
• Foster culture and engagement across the DS team.
• Collaborate with Transport, Finance, HR, IT and Engineering to secure resources.
