Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking an AMZL Senior Station Leader in Hazleton, PA to oversee DS operations, safety and people development. You will drive lean initiatives, manage a 24/7 operation and partner with DSPs to meet business goals and customer service standards.

You will lead a team of Operations, Area and Shift Managers, develop top talent, and present metrics to senior leadership while ensuring a strong culture across the site.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct management experience in logistics or related fields.
• Proven track record of delivering performance and financial results.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean.
• Experience with full lifecycle staffing including hiring and performance management.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, performance and people development for all DS operations.
• Lead station vision, quality initiatives and lean changes to meet business plans.
• Resolve gaps between performance and goals and set clear expectations for managers.
• Manage 24/7 delivery station operations and relationships with DSPs.
• Present operational metrics to senior leadership and drive talent plans.
• Collaborate with partners to secure support for projects and initiatives.
• Foster culture, engagement and cross-department knowledge sharing.
