The role seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead external client projects in a supplier/vendor setting, driving delivery across complex tech initiatives and ensuring alignment with client goals.

The position emphasizes leadership, stakeholder management, and a hands-on approach to controlling risks, budgets, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering external client projects in a supplier/vendor environment.
• Proven project management delivery experience across initiatives.
• Knowledge of cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in financial services or regulatory environments is a plus.
• PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.

Responsibilities

What will the role involve?

• Leading and delivering high-impact technology projects across cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations
• Working directly withkey stakeholdersto scope, plan, and deliver solutions that meet their business needs, and collaborating with talented internal teams and stakeholders to drive success
• Owning and managing risks, opportunities, budgets, and timelines with confidence
• Supporting joint steering committees, ensuring alignment and effective decision-making
• Working in an innovative and solutions-focused environment to enable seamless project execution
• Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve our project management craft competency
• Potentially, the leadership and delivery of bespoke, internal or external technical work packages or projects
