Job summary

Turing is seeking a Delivery Leader with GenAI experience to guide end-to-end projects for Fortune 500 clients. You will supervise a team of engineers, drive engagements from POC to scale, and coordinate across product, engineering, and client success.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years overall, with 4+ years in ML/AI projects, plus strong knowledge of Langchain, Langgraph, Azure/GCP/AWS, and Agile practices. Location options include Remote or NYC.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading GenAI delivery projects end-to-end.
Strong client relationships and stakeholder management.
Ability to drive cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and client success.
Familiarity with GenAI agentic designs and cloud services.

Responsibilities

Lead client discussions to build AI product pipeline and expand opportunities.
Provide technical direction and align engineering toward a roadmap.
Drive cross-functional alignment and remove blockers for teams.
Oversee program timelines, releases, and sprint planning with stakeholders.
Own delivery quality, scope, and timelines; document BRDs/PRDs and roadmaps.
Assess costs, ROI, and long-term business impact; identify delivery risks.
