Job summary

Neumo is seeking a Delivery Manager to own program-level execution for a portfolio within the Business Unit. You will manage financial performance, operational delivery, and strategic outcomes, owning the SDLC and change requests while mitigating risks and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

You will coordinate with PMO, development, product, and customer success teams to ensure timely delivery, escalations handled, and reporting remains current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, project management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of delivery/project/program management or portfolio coordination.
• Experience supporting government or public-sector customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own program-level execution for an assigned portfolio including SDLC and change requests.
• Manage budgets, risks, reporting, and stakeholder communications to protect portfolio performance.
• Coordinate with PMO, development, product, and customer success teams to meet timelines.
• Lead meetings, onboard new hires, mentor teammates, and foster continuous improvement.
• Deliver data-driven decisions using metrics and risk indicators.
