Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 3+ years delivering management, program, or portfolio coordination.
• Experience with SaaS or technology delivery, public-sector a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial and budget information across active work.
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Drive change requests and projects to meet timelines and revenue goals.
• Maintain customer relationships and serve as escalation point.
• Produce consolidated portfolio reporting for leadership decisions.
• Coordinate implementations from kickoff to deployment with PMO.
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members and onboarding.
