Job summary

Neumo is seeking a Delivery Manager to own program-level execution for an assigned portfolio within the Business Unit. You will oversee SDLC, change requests, risk mitigation, and stakeholder relationships, delivering timely internal reporting and escalation of risks to protect portfolio performance.

The role requires coordinating with development teams, PMO, and business-unit stakeholders, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement while driving data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, project management, or related field.
• Three (3) or more years of experience in delivery management, project or program management, or portfolio coordination.
• Experience supporting state and local government or other public-sector customers strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and communicate financial and budget information across all active work, delivering weekly updates and monthly reporting.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate financial and operational risks, escalating material risks to the BU.
• Drive change requests, projects, and urgent items to meet timelines with coordination of development teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the first contact for customer product owners and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Escalate issues and track open items to closure with regular status updates.
• Produce consolidated portfolio visibility reports to support leadership decisions.
• Coordinate implementations from kickoff through deployment with the PMO and stakeholders.
• Provide lateral leadership, onboard new hires, coach junior team members, and foster ownership and continuous improvement.
