Job summary

The Senior Delivery Manager role at Cytora (Applied Systems) sits within our US Delivery team. You will drive Enterprise SaaS project delivery at the intersection of AI and insurance, with real ownership and opportunities to shape outcomes.

You’ll coordinate across stakeholders, coach teams in Agile practices, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining a focus on benefits realization and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Champion Agile and Lean practices and coach teams.
• Deliver Enterprise SaaS products to clients.
• Communicate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Optimize team flow and build agile capabilities.
• Lead continual planning for post-launch benefits.
• Address team dynamics and provide feedback.
• Support customer success and product with lifecycle perspective.
• Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.
