Job summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex, multi-vendor initiatives and partner with C-level stakeholders to drive delivery excellence.

You will manage Fixed Price and Time & Material engagements, adapt between Agile and Waterfall methods, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT projects in outsourcing/global environments.
• Track record delivering fixed-price and time-and-material initiatives.
• Experience with multi-vendor and multi-team collaboration, including C-level stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Agile and traditional Waterfall approaches; PMP/SAFe a plus.
• Strong client and team leadership with ownership and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client partnerships with clear goals.
• Plan and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage Fixed Price and Time & Material engagements across projects.
• Adapt role between Agile/Waterfall Project Manager or Scrum Master as needed.

• Build and lead cross-functional project teams including blended teams.

You will be:

• building and maintaining long-term client partnerships with a deep understanding of their goals and expectations,

• managing both Fixed Price and Time & Material projects,
• adapting your role as Agile/Waterfall Project Manager or Scrum Master, depending on project needs,
• tracking progress against agreed timelines, proactively managing risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed,
• controlling project scope and budget, handling change requests per contractual agreements,
• building and leading successful project teams, including blended provider-client teams,
• ensuring effectiveness and transparency of work, including clear communication among team members and clients,
• upholding high standards of ethics, integrity, and quality of management.

Your profile:

• experience in IT project management within an outsourcing environmentin a global company,
• proventrackrecordinmanagingbothFixedPriceand Time &Materialprojects,includinglargeandcomplexinitiativesdeliveredinmulti-vendorandmulti-teamenvironmentsinclosecollaborationwith theclient,includingC-levelstakeholders,
• experience in leading multinational teams,
• practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, as well as traditional Waterfall project management approaches (PMP and SAFe certification will be a plus)
• flexibility in adapting working method to clients’ limitations,
• good understanding of SDLC and software engineering practices,
• work experience in a technical role (Software Developer/QA/DevOps) will be a plus,
• self-reliance, independence, ability to make decisions,
• strong sense of ownership,
• customer and team focus,
• fluent in spoken and written English.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
