Job summary

Xebia is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end technology projects, including software implementations, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformations. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery aligned with SLAs and compliance.

Educational requirements include a BS in CS/Engineering/IT, with 5+ years in related roles. Strong PM tool experience with MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Systems/Technology Management or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in software/project/delivery management or related roles.
• Experience leading end-to-end technology projects and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology projects including software implementation and digital transformation.
• Develop charters, work plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Direct cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts, and vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate governance meetings and status reviews with IT and business.
• Implement PM practices using MS Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Serve as liaison between IT leadership, users, and external partners.
• Lead post-implementation evaluations to drive improvements.

About the job:-

Position : Delivery Manager

Duties :

• Lead and oversee end-to-end technology projects—including software implementation, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives—ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Develop detailed project charters, work plans, and risk mitigation strategies to manage dependencies, technical challenges, and resource allocation effectively.
• Direct cross-functional teams of software engineers, business analysts, and vendors in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise technology solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with technical specifications, SLAs, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate and facilitate project governance meetings and technical status reviews, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with IT and business stakeholders.
• Implement project management best practices, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps to track deliverables, milestones, and KPIs.
• Serve as the primary liaison between IT leadership, end-users, and external partners, providing progress updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead post-implementation evaluations to assess system performance, identify process improvements, and inform future technology initiatives.

Minimum Requirements :

Education and Experience : Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), Information Technology, Systems/Technology Management or Computer/Management Information Systems plus five (5) years of experience as Software Engineer, Software Developer, Computer Systems/Application Analyst, Project Manager, Delivery Manager or related position. Foreign education equivalent accepted.

Offered Wage : $131,456.00 per year + insurance (medical, dental, and vision), short & long term disability, PTO (flexible time off), 401K and HSA.
