Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery to lead enterprise-critical agile delivery initiatives. This role reports to the VP, Delivery Management and guides cross-functional teams to translate strategy into executable plans while modeling delivery excellence.

Responsibilities include owning Disciplined Agile Delivery, teaching its values, and delivering end-to-end program outcomes with C-suite visibility. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and risk-aware decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years of program/delivery management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
Proven record of executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
Experience with Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies and tools; adherence to SDLC, Change Management, and Risk/Security frameworks.
Agile certifications (PgMP, DASSM, SAFe, SPC, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Lead mission-critical delivery teams and ensure successful achievement of major programs.
Own Disciplined Agile Delivery processes to develop and sustain high-performing teams.
Teach Disciplined Agile values, patterns, and skills to delivery managers and teams.
Deliver strategic programs with enterprise and C-suite visibility, align outcomes to OKRs, and manage the program roadmap.
Prepare executive updates and dashboards for senior leaders, articulating ROI and investment health.
Identify and implement agile process improvements to enhance flow, quality, and predictability.
Mentor and coach delivery managers and teams on Disciplined Agile principles.
