Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Manager Commercial Delivery to lead delivery across our US Commercial market. You will oversee successful solution delivery, cultivate strong customer relationships, and maximize business opportunities in the region.

You will develop strategic plans, coach teams, and manage delivery metrics while collaborating with cross-functional groups to ensure successful implementations of ServiceNow solutions. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in a professional services organization.
• 8+ years of consulting experience across complex, global organizations.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Experience leading and mentoring in a matrixed organization.
• Experience designing and developing service capabilities and building service portfolios.
• Proven ability to influence across enterprise software solutions and/or Digital Transformations.
• Strong ability to speak with CXO-level stakeholders to extract outcomes.
