Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Sr. Manager Commercial Delivery to lead delivery across the US Commercial market. You will oversee solution delivery for commercial customers, foster strong client relationships, and maximize business opportunities in the region.

You will develop strategic plans, coach teams, manage delivery metrics, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to scale ServiceNow solutions. 50% travel expected, strong leadership required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership in a professional services organization (required).
• 8+ years of consulting experience across global organizations.
• Experience leveraging AI in work processes or decision making.
• Learned ability to lead in a matrixed organization and mentor teams.
• Experience designing service capabilities and building service portfolios.
• Proven ability to influence CXO-level discussions and outcomes.
• Experience working with service channel organizations and partners.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive deliverables through teams without direct reporting lines.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities
