Job summary
Celigo, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Delivery to lead a high-caliber team of Solution Architects and Sr. Developers across the entire delivery lifecycle.
You will drive technical excellence, coach engineers, and align delivery with business outcomes, ensuring scalable, secure integrations for enterprise clients. In this remote-first role, you will partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to shape strategy, governance, and best practices while advancing Celigo's
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading technical delivery teams in professional services or consulting.
- Deep expertise in iPaaS architecture and enterprise system integration.
- Strong ability to coach and mentor Solution Architects and Developers.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage and develop a team of Solution Architects and Sr. Developers across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation and technical excellence.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top integration talent in alignment with growth goals.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching during engagements.
- Oversee design and delivery of scalable integration solutions using the Celigo integrator.io platform.
- Ensure best practices for API integrations, AI agents, data transformation, security, governance, and performance.
- Lead architecture reviews for complex engagements.
- Engage with customers and partners as a senior technical representative.
