Job summary

Celigo, Inc. seeks a Senior Solution Architect to craft innovative cloud-based integration solutions using integrator.io, Celigo’s iPaaS. You’ll work with customers on strategic designs, roadmaps, and business process assessments, aligning technical effort with customer outcomes.

You will lead scoping sessions, write requirements, and shape product design, collaborating with sales, project teams, and customers on short- and long-term integration projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined industry experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, sales engineering or solution consulting, or business process consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. MBA or MSIS preferred.
• Deep understanding of integration technologies such as file transfer protocols, SOA, and Web Services APIs.
• Knowledge of business operations (quote to cash, supply chain management, procure to pay, accounting).
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or eCommerce systems (SAP, NetSuite, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Shopify, Amazon).
• Experience leading integration teams and designing enterprise-scale integration solutions; understanding of LLM models and API lifecycle management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Craft cloud-based integration solutions around SaaS and legacy applications using Celigo products.
• Conduct customer and partner scoping sessions to define technical solutions.
• Write requirements and design documents detailing integration approaches and use cases.
• Serve as voice of the customer to influence product design and delivery.
• Provide design documents, business process assessments, change orders, and other deliverables during projects.
• Architect repeatable solutions for reuse by services teams or partners.
• Lead consulting projects with customers to deliver high-level architectures and roadmaps.
